We want you to feel safe at home, at work and on the streets of South Worcestershire. If you or someone you know has been the victim of a hate incident, we need to know about it.
To report a hate incident just complete a reporting form and tell us as much information as you can. You can report anonymously if you wish, but we would like you to give your details so that we can help and support you. You can make a report in person at many different locations such as: The Hub centre's in South Worcestershire, Ethnic access link, Age Concern South Worcestershire, The CAB offices in South Worcestershire, WREC, Victim support, Worcester Community Housing. If you wish , you can complete a reporting form online here and clicking on the Report It section. You can also report directly to the Police via their True Vision website at www.report-it.org.uk You can also telephone Worcestershire Hate Incident Partnership hotline to make a report on 01905 765945
The information about the incident will be recorded on our database to help us monitor what is happening in the city and identifying any areas of concern. If you provide your details, you will be contacted by an officer within 6 working days of the report being received to discuss the incident further. No personal information will be shared with any other agency without your consent. If you choose not to give your consent, then the report will only be used for monitoring purposes.

South Worcestershire Hate Incident Partnership was established in 2007 and is a group of local organisations that work together to provide help and support to victims of Hate Crime. This multi-agency approach means that all of the organisations involved in the partnership will work together to offer professional support and assistance to victims and witnesses, take effective action to stop any further incidents and, with consent, prosecute the perpetrator.
If you give your consent, your details can be shared with organisation's involved in SWHIP who can offer you advice and assistance. No action will be taken without your agreement and you will be kept informed of the progress of your case.

Bromsgrove Hate Incident Partnership and Redditch Anti Harassment Partnership are two groups of local organisations that work together to provide help and support to victims of hate crime. The partnerships offer residents the opportunity
to complete a reporting form; This can be done anonymously although
they are better able to provide help and support when the victim gives their
details. The reporting forms can be completed online by clicking on the

Victims can also telephone their district
council’s Contact Centre to make a report on

To help encourage people to report hate incidents
the partnerships have set up a number of reporting centre's in community
venues across Redditch and Bromsgrove.
An incident can then be reported in a venue where
people feel more at ease and where there will be someone who can help in
completing the form.
